Lindsey Stirling – Interlochen Arts Festival – July 30, 2016

In 2010, Piers Morgan told an America’s Got Talent quarterfinalist that the world had no place for a dubstep, dancing violinist. Six years later, Lindsey Stirling has cemented her place in the world—and the Interlochen stage—through two chart-topping albums and hundreds of popular YouTube videos.

A classically trained violinist from Gilbert, Arizona, Lindsey has entered a futurist world of electronic big beats and animation, leaping through the music industry with over half a billion views on YouTube, Billboard chart-topping hits and sold out tours worldwide. Join Lindsey for a unique, high-energy performance that blends classical violin with electronic dance beats and graceful dance moves.
