Mackinac Island Christmas Bazaar – December 6 – 9, 2019

Mackinac Island Christmas Bazaar
Experience the unofficial kick-off to winter on Mackinac at the Mackinac Island Christmas Bazaar, a fundraiser for the Mackinac Island Medical Center as well as St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Little Stone Church, Trinity Episcopal Church and the Mackinac Island Bible Church.

Each year, the Mackinac Island Community gathers with friends and visitors to celebrate the Christmas season by giving back. For three days attendees will meet, talk, bid, eat, and buy, all in the name of raising funds for these entities.

The annual Mackinac Island Christmas Bazaar will be Friday, December 6, through Monday, December 9 beginning with the tree lighting ceremony on Main Street, Friday night at 5:30 p.m.

Throughout the weekend, Community Hall on Market Street hosts shopping, meals, and an event auction.

This year’s grand prize for the annual raffle is a snowmobile. Raffle tickets are $2 and can be purchased via Doud’s Market.

Mackinac Island Tree Lighting, December 6, 2019, 5:30 pm.

The annual Christmas Tree Lighting is a slice of Americana complete with Christmas carols and community cheer. 7274 Main Street across from the Star Line Dock #1. Star Line Ferry will be running a 6:00 pm boat from the island to St. Ignace for those staying to attend the tree lighting.
